A) PURPOSE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS:

These General Conditions shall expressly regulate the relations arising between FACTORIA 2017 TEXTIL S.L. C) PURCHASE CONDITIONS:
The price indicated at all times next to the product includes VAT but not handling and shipping costs. Handling and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be specified in the invoice. The purchased products must be paid after placing the ORDER using one of the selected payment methods that will be detailed in the purchase process, according to the payment conditions of each customer. The delivery time will be 1 to 3 working days except for cases of force majeure, stock in the factory, or supply problems in the peninsula from the time that camiserialaespañola receives the import of the order; for orders from the Islands (Balearic or Canary Islands), consult.
If the delay is longer than the stipulated period, we will contact you to inform you and give you the option of a refund, a new delivery date or an alternative product to the one missing at that time, or you can send an email to hola@camiserialaespañola.com. In the event that the merchandise has been sent, the user will have to take charge of the entire order. At the same time, an invoice will be generated for the import of the order that will be sent to the customer with their merchandise or another means agreed upon with the customer.

D) RETURNS:
If the return is due to a defect or fault in the purchased item, camiserialaespañola will be responsible for the shipping costs and the customer has the option of refunding the money or exchanging the product.
If the return is due to a change of taste, size, colour or any reason not attributable to camiseriala española, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Camiserialaespañola reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the established period, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
